Lemon-garlic pasta
This is a great recipe, especially for summer. It tastes refreshing and is super quick (around 15 minutes). This is based on a German Kochkarussel recipe (if you want to see images, look there).
Ingredients
- 350g spaghetti (12oz)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 Lemon
- 50g grated Parmesan (2oz)
- A bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
- Cook spaghetti aldente
- In the meantime, mince the garlic cloves. Put on a pan with olive oil and butter and roast them gently on medium heat.
- Add the noodles to the pan and wang jangle (aka mix) it. Season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze the lemon into the pan and add the Parmesan and parsley. Wang jangle again and serve with grated lemon peel.
